If quality culture is incorporated in the organizations, does everyone in the organization maintain quality, or it is considered that quality is produced only by testing team?
As it is said “When quality is in your mind, it shows in your work”, there is no restriction that only the Testing team is responsible to provide quality work, but every employee of other teams in the organization should be responsible for assuring quality. To integrate the Quality culture in employees the quality focus should start right from the induction process of a new employee. Culture is very difficult to change which requires employees to change their way of doing things so, the Induction training is the good opportunity for the organization to explain every new employee about the company values and quality standards, so that they commit to provide quality service.
The Quality practices should be adopted at every stage of the process as in team level, project level and at the management level of product delivery to ensure quality.
