As per my survey on the top e-learning developing tool, each and every tool have its own importance. It is just based on the customer requirements.
For Example; Here some customers want their courses with less content and rich look, in that case we can opt out for Articulate. And some customers want their courses to be in their standards so we can use the tool which suits to their requirements. Here in this way we can use several tools for different customers but we can't say single tool as the best tool in e-learning industry..........
